All inks for monoweb print applications at Sinkro are named Surfink, there are multiple different versions designed for specific end uses such as Outdoor bag, Bottle label, Poly Shrink overwrap, Bread Bag, Candy etc... ​The inks are designed as different technical vehicles that are blended with a range of highly pigmented bases designed to print flexo or gravure.

Surfink ECO - Designed to work in the recycling of roll fed labels, where the labels are designed to pass through a caustic wash and stay on the substrate.​

All inks for monoweb print applications at Sinkro are named Surfink, there are multiple different versions designed for specific end uses such as Outdoor bag, Poly Shrink overwrap, Bread Bag and all applications that are designed using polyethylene as a replacement for laminations. ​The inks are designed as different technical vehicles that are blended with a range of highly pigmented bases designed to print flexo or gravure.

Surfink POLY ECO - Designed to work in the recycling of polyethylene, where the printed polyethylene is blended with virgin polyethylene in the manufacturing process.

Shrink is a high-performance ink system with excellent mechanical properties specifically tailored for shrink sleeves. The Shrink technical vehicle is blended with a range of highly pigmented bases designed to print flexo or gravure on PET-G, PET-C, OPS and various other substrates. Shrink works in both the roll fed and formed sleeve application methods. As an added advantage, Shrink white is super opaque, has excellent physical properties and is designed to work with adhesives used to secure the label.

Shrink ECO - Designed to work on shrink sleeve applications printed on CPET, the ink washes off the substrate and does not contaminate the wash water during the recycling process.

Duralink is our durable ink system, the inks in this system are designed to work in tough applications where high product resistance is required, one of the systems in this series is designed for retort pouch.

Aquaink is our trade name for water based inks. We have a strong belief at Sinkro that anything we can do in solvent we can do in water. We have water based ink systems that can do many of the applications listed in the different solvent systems above.

We pride ourselves on providing the full solution to our customer which means we not only supply the color but also supply coatings designed specifically for your application. Coatings are the largest volume item produced by Sinkro. Sinkro have coatings available for a range of applications for example, chemical resistant, oxygen barrier, aesthetic, grease barrier, anti mist, heat seal, cold seal, slip coat etc...

ECO Coatings - Sinkro has developed coatings for caustic resistance.

Sinkro produce a range of solvent based color dispersions based on various backbone resins including nitrocellulose, Polyvinyl Butyral, Alcohol soluble propionate and Polyurethane we also supply a full range of water based colors based on our unique resin chemistry. All products come with a full range of colors suitable for high end resistance properties and recycling applications.

ECO Color Range - Sinkro have developed a full color range of inks suitable for wash off, caustic resistance and polyethylene recycling systems.
